Google Docs (equivalent to Word) is a desktop application that lets you make different kinds of online documents.
It is from the conversion in real-time conjunction with others and stores them online in your Google Drive storage.

Steps to create document
Step 1: Create a document
- To Create a File:
- On your PC, open the Docs home screen at docs.google.com.
- At the top left, under “Create a document,” click Empty .
- You can also create documents from the docs.google.com/create URL.
Step 2: Edit and Format a Document
- To edit a file:
- On your PC, open a file in Google Docs.
- To choose a word, double-click it or use the cursor to select the text to edit.
- Edit the text.
- To undo or redo a stroke, click Undo or Redo at the top of the page.
- Note: To edit a file on a touchscreen device, such as a Pixelbook, double-tap the document to enter text.
- You can add text, edit it, create paragraphs, and set spacing and other settings within your document.
Step 3: Share files and edit them collaboratively
- You can share files and folders using Wrike access roles with others, and determine whether they can view, edit, or comment on them.
Google’s SaaS word processor
- It is a free online text editor integrated into G Suite office suite developed by Google.
- A direct competitor to Word, Google Docs is closely connected to the Google Drive storage service and can be used offline.
How to use Google Docs?
- You must sign in to the service using this address to access it from your desktop computer.

Google Docs on Windows
